Our artworks require a short creation period before they are shipped.

Creation time: Hand-painted pieces usually take about 7 days, as each one is crafted by our professional artists.
Shipping time: Once finished, delivery typically takes 3–7 days via FedEx or DHL.

During the painting process, we’ll keep you updated with photos or videos so you can share your preferences regarding details, colors, and overall feel. We ship your artwork only after you confirm that everything looks perfect.

How are the artworks packaged?

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely:

Rolled canvas: Packed in a durable protective tube.
Framed artwork: Secured in a well-built wooden or reinforced box.
Each package is thoroughly checked before dispatch.

Who handles the delivery?

Depending on where you are and the size of your order, we work with trusted global couriers such as FedEx and DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?

AURAFY ART ships worldwide—essentially to any country supported by our logistics partners.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the price of your artwork, no matter the destination. There are no additional shipping fees from us.

Is the shipment insured?

Yes. All artwork shipped through AURAFY ART is fully insured during transit.
If anything happens along the way, you are completely covered.

Can I send my artwork to another country or as a gift?

Of course. We can ship to any address you provide when placing your order.
If the artwork is a surprise or a gift, simply notify us—we’ll gladly help coordinate delivery discreetly.

International taxes & duties

Once your order reaches the destination country, local customs rules may apply.
