Estimated creation time: Most hand-painted artworks are completed within 6–8 business days, depending on the artwork's size and complexity.
Estimated shipping time: Once completed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your destination and customs clearance.
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 9-15 days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at support@aurafyart.com to confirm the accurate time frame.
2. Packaging
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely:
- Rolled canvas: Packed in a durable protective tube.
- Framed artwork: Secured in a well-built wooden or reinforced box.
Each package is thoroughly checked before dispatch.
3. What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos of the outer box and the artwork. We’ll arrange a free replacement or offer a full refund. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Mandatory Photo Verification: You must provide clear photos of the artwork and the outer packaging to verify its condition before a return is authorized.
