1.Shipping Time

2. Packaging
We pack each artwork with great care to ensure it arrives safely:
- Rolled canvas: Securely packed in a thick, protective tube
- Framed pieces: Foam edges, bubble wrap, and reinforced outer carton
Every order goes through a final inspection before shipping.
3. What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the outer box and the artwork. We’ll arrange a free replacement or offer a full refund. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us.

Return it for a FULL refund or get a replacement just as easy as you purchase it.
We want happy customers! For any reason, if you don't like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. Please contact:support@aurafyart.com
5. Installation
All framed artworks come with pre-installed hanging hardware. You only need basic nails or wall hooks.
For larger pieces, we recommend using two hooks for better stability. If needed, our team can provide simple installation guidance based on your wall type.
6. Any smell from the painting?
Hand-painted artworks may have a light oil-paint scent when first unpacked. This is normal and will fade within a few days.
Canvas prints, however, have little to no noticeable smell.
7. Color Difference
We aim to present each artwork as accurately as possible. However, minor color differences may occur due to screen variations and lighting during photography. Most customers find the real artwork looks even more vivid and detailed.
8. Materials
Our paintings are created using:
- High-quality canvas
- Premium oil or acrylic paints
- Optional solid wood frames
Whether hand-painted or printed, we choose materials that ensure durability and long-lasting color.
9. Lifespan of the Artwork
With proper care, your painting can last 20–50 years or even longer.
To keep it in the best condition:
- Avoid direct sunlight
- Keep it away from high humidity
- Dust it gently with a soft cloth
Following these simple steps keeps the colors vibrant for many years.
