AurafyArt Returns & Refunds Policy
At AurafyArt, we want you to love your new textured 3D art. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our policy is designed to be fair, clear, and secure for both parties.
1. Important Notice: Transaction Fees
Please note that according to payment processor policies (e.g., Shopify/PayPal), the 5.6% transaction fee charged at the time of purchase is non-refundable. If you cancel or return an order for personal reasons, this fee will be deducted from your total refund.
2. 30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Mandatory Photo Verification: You must provide clear photos of the artwork and the outer packaging to verify its condition before a return is authorized.
3. The "No-Return, No-Refund" Rule
To protect our gallery against fraudulent claims, please understand:
Physical Receipt Required: No refunds will be processed until the returned item has been physically received and inspected at our warehouse.
Tracking Number: Once a return is approved, you must provide a valid tracking number within 14 days. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
4. "Changed Your Mind" Returns
If you decide the art isn't right for your style or scale (non-quality issues):
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Packaging: Please package the artwork with extreme care. If the item arrives damaged due to poor return packaging, a depreciation fee may be deducted from the refund.
5. Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Our 3D textured and Wabi-Sabi pieces are often handcrafted to order.
Non-Returnable: Custom sizes, personalized colors, or specially commissioned works are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellations: Cancellations made after production has started but before shipping are subject to a $100 material fee + the 5.6% transaction fee.
6. Damages & Shipping Issues
Every piece is inspected before leaving AurafyArt. In the rare event of shipping damage:
You must contact us at aurafyyourhome@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photos of the damaged item AND the shipping box. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
7. How to Start a Return
Email us at aurafyyourhome@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos.
Once approved, we will provide the return address.
Ship the item and send us the tracking number.
After inspection (usually within 3-5 business days), we will issue your refund (minus transaction/shipping fees if applicable) to your original payment method.
